Scope
This is a pre-launch draft covering use of the AIMEDITOR website and software licensing basics. Final terms and EULA will be confirmed at launch.
License
AIMEDITOR is used under a license. Free, Standard, Professional, and similar SKUs—and limits (Free: 100 Boxes per document and a single instance; paid: seats, etc.)—follow your purchase/issuance and in-app display.
Paid and campaign (e.g. BETA) licenses activate with owner email and OTP (and a 4-digit PIN when applicable). Key-paste distribution is not the default model.
Unauthorized transfer, resale, or shared-account abuse may result in revocation.
License and support policy
There is no time limit on use of a paid edition.
Technical support is provided for one year from the purchase date or the license issuance date.
Product updates through the Microsoft Store may be provided without a separate time limit.
If a previous version is needed after an update, for example for compatibility, we may provide a separate installer within the support we can offer.
A previous version provided this way is distributed independently of the Microsoft Store edition. Store automatic updates may not apply. Code signing may also differ from the Store edition, so we do not recommend using it at the same time as a Microsoft Store install.
Campaigns and beta
Campaign applications (BETA, GIFT, etc.) require information as stated in the form (email, referrer, 4-digit PIN, and any campaign-specific fields). Approval and benefits are at our discretion; applying alone does not guarantee entitlement.
Purchase and international
Paid checkout prioritizes Korea for now. International sales are coming soon; purchase may remain unavailable until checkout is opened.
If you only install or update the app through the Microsoft Store, Store payment and refunds follow Microsoft Store policy. The section “Refunds and withdrawal” below applies to paid licenses bought through checkout on the official website (aimeditor.com).
Refunds and withdrawal
This section applies when you buy a paid AIMEDITOR license (Standard, Professional, or similar)—a one-time perpetual license, not a subscription—through checkout on the official website.
Before you buy, you can evaluate core features with Free from the Microsoft Store.
You may withdraw your purchase (request a refund) within 14 days of the payment completion date. After that period, refunds are not available except where required by law or separately announced by us.
To request a refund or withdrawal, provide: (1) the email address used at checkout, (2) the 4-digit PIN you chose at checkout (not a phone number), and (3) the order id shown on the payment confirmation screen or notice. If the details do not match, we may ask for additional verification.
How to request: email support@aimeditor.com with the information above and an optional reason. After we confirm receipt, we process a full refund through the payment provider (PG).
Partial refunds (cancelling only part of an order) are not offered for now; only full refunds for the order are available.
Submitting a refund request does not immediately stop the license. After the PG payment cancellation completes, the license is revoked and can no longer be activated or used.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or payment method, it may take several days for the refund to appear.
Because this is digital software, a license may be issued and activation instructions provided soon after payment. We recommend trying Free before purchase; you may still request withdrawal within the 14-day period after payment.
