AIMEDITOR is Windows-only and is not an AI model. On that same Windows PC, set up an AI account and CLI, then connect with MCP.

Do this in order

  1. 1 AI account and CLI Pick an AI, create an account with that company, then install its CLI in the terminal.
  2. 2 Connect AIMEDITOR Open a document, start MCP, then register AIMBOX with the wizard or a manual config.

AIMEDITOR is Windows-only. There is no Mac or Linux editor. Install the AI CLI in a terminal on the same Windows PC that runs AIMEDITOR. Vendor install commands change often; prefer their official pages if a command fails.
